We will provide a timeline for all the vendors involved so everyone is on the same page working together & that there are no unexpected surprises. . . except the good kind. We are a firm believer & provider of “WOW factors” & “Reveals” to make a truly memorable impact on your guests. Our talented team’s specialty is making your occasion stand out & rise above the rest!
We offer the flexibility to offer our services “a la carte” if a client wants to only hire a band or a cirque act, etc.; or we can plan, produce and coordinate the entire event from top to bottom including, but not limited to, custom stationary, décor/design, structural elements, catering & staff, interactive/atmospheric entertainment, live music, name act entertainment, lighting & sound, transportation logistics, hospitality baskets, etc. Every event we plan we try to give its own unique identity. No body wants a “cookie cutter” event, which is why our team customizes each event with totally new concepts & “out of the box” entertainment & décor. Our team is committed to working within the budgetary parameters of your upcoming event or celebration.
Our incredible creative interior designers will also do permanent decor installations, if the specifications require or upon personal request. Their work can be seen in the many nightclubs, restaurants & premier residential properties they have designed and outfitted (portfolio available upon request).

We are preferred across the board at The Westin Diplomat Resort, The Westin Golf Club & Spa and The Westin Diplomat Convention Center as an Event Entertainment Broker/Provider, Event Décor/Designer, DMC & Wedding Planner. We are also preferred vendors at Starwood properties, Andre Balazs properties (The Standard Downtown LA) & the newly renovated & famous Eden Roc Resort to just name a few. We are also preferred at The Hotel Victor on South Beach. Our Executive Producer, Craig Goldstein, produced their New Year’s Eve celebration that featured Adrian Grenier & his band The Honey Brothers. The party was so HOT that it was featured on the cover of Biz Bash Magazine! The magazine covers all of our events. Most recently we produced an event this past September for Conde Net, Conde Nast’s sister online company. The event celebrated supporting the Arts & was sponsored by Men.Style.com (Home of GQ & Details Magazines) & Bacardi Rum. We then did Miami Fashion Week’s 11th annual VIP kickoff event for the Celebrity Designers, featured designers, Media & the VIP Buyers. It was held at the famed Eden Roc Hotel. The event was the first to launch the new $200 million dollar tower & ballroom. We are currently working on Mike Ditca’s Super Bowl 2010 Gridiron Greats Gala. Our events have spanned the globe from London, NYC, LA, & to Miami. Our standards are high because we know we have to be the best to work with the best, having produced name act entertainment events starring many of today’s top stars (singers, bands, actors, comedians and magicians) including Rod Stewart to Jaimie Fox to 2008s Americas Got Talent finalists Nuttin But Stringz just to name a few. . .
