Bukhara is a restaurant at the Luxury Collection ITC Hotel Maurya in New Delhi, India where long time friends & now business partners Raja Jhanjee & Vicky Vij worked. A dream to start their own restaurant began in India & became reality in New York in September 1999 when they brought "Dal Bukhara" to the United States.
