Jhanjee & Vij are both helpful in assisting you to select a menu, but are never afraid of trying something new (or even telling you what they really think of it). Try the Dal Bukhara & the Lychee Paneer, my absolute favorites!

Some noteworthy events would be: a Cocktail Dinner at Waldorf Astoria for Prime Minister Hon. Manmohan Singh, Wedding Feast for Mr. Salman Rushdie and Padma Lakshmi, catered the First Ever Diwali Celebration at The White House in Washington D.C.in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Bukara has served iconic people; from political figures like Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Senator Hillary Clinton & Hon. Prime Minister of Belize and his delegation to pop icons like the Rolling Stones and U2. Hollywood stars such as Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell & Bollywood's biggest stars, including Shahrukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Karan Johar, Uday Chopra, Rishi Kapoor, Amir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Preity Zinta.
