Co-Founder & President
Preeti
is the principal consultant & certified wedding & event planner
for Preeti Exclusive Creations, Inc., a company founded by her in 2004.
Preeti Exclusive Creations is a full service Special Events Planning
and Design Company, specializing in South Asian Fusion Events.
Composing events since 2002, her talented team delivers quality events
ranging from private, corporate and community events to full
scale-wedding planning and design. Through her experience and travels
Preeti came to believe that her industry was lacking a resource, which
is, detailed enough to appeal to audiences across the board;
Information where business's servicing it and customers earning to
access it was readily available. Preeti has used her networking &
creative skills to co-found RP Report in the hopes of bridging this gap
between the Vendor and customer.
Anjali Ramasunder
Editor in Chief
Anjali
has a love/hate relationship with the color brown. She doesn't quite
understand why fondant can look so beautiful when properly applied to a
cake, yet taste so odd. She also takes issue with cobalt blue glass...
in all of its forms, as it reminds her of the wine glasses that she
purchased at the dollar store while in college.
Anjali is the author of a yet unpublished book entitled, "101
Uses for Black Grosgrain Ribbon", and is a card carrying member and
staunch supporter of a charitable organization dedicated to the banning
of unflattering lighting. She currently holds the title for the most
number of times that anyone in the state of New Jersey has read Emily
Post. Her dream is to star in a reality television show in which she
breaks into other people's houses, and reupholsters all of the
furniture without their knowledge.
A proud product of the Theatre Arts department at the
University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Anjali attributes her ability
to transform space and create environments to the production experience
that she gained while working in the theatrical arena. This is the path
that led her to the wonderful world of Special Events. She finds
herself endlessly fascinated by the vendors and artisans who use their
talents to create extraordinary experiences for their clients, and
considers herself quite fortunate to work amongst them.
Anjali comes to the RP Report after having worked most
recently for The Estee Lauder Companies and a few other not so big, but
equally as cool companies.
Rae Parth
Founder & Architect (Chief Technology Officer)
Rae
co-founded RP Report in early 2008 with Ideas and technology from
RPAXIS.COM, Inc, where he has served as the principal since 2004. RP
AXIS has been creating dynamic websites powered by open-source
frameworks and databases for the past 7 years. Most recently, Rae has
been responsible for developing The RP Report website and underlying
technology, including software development, architectural design,
automated testing, systems installation and administration, and
database design and administration. Along with the RP Report, Rae Parth
services a wide array of clients building a number of customer-facing
and internal web-based applications for startups and established
business's.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO:
Having
been in the web design and event planning industries for a combined 15
years, we realized a need for a resource guide that allows vendors to
communicate directly with their customer base. In both fields,
customers are typically looking for experience, innovation and the
expertise to bring their vision to light. Unfortunately, most existing
resource directories limit the vendors' ability to really showcase
their services by restricting them to generic templates and overused
